The Water Street Lofts are a beautiful luxury apartment community located in Newton, NJ within walking distance of the town’s historic square, local shops, parks, and restaurants. Water Street Lofts offers the highest end residences in the county with comparatively lower prices than the asking market rate in the northern New Jersey region. 

Each apartment has modern appliances, in unit washer and dryers, open floor plans and our unique Butterfly MX Access technology which gives residents remote access options straight from their smart phone. Our community amenities include a rooftop lounge with an adjacent indoor lounge, an outdoor park with grills and seating, EV Charging Stations, and our Luxer Smart Packaging system that ensures the safety and security of your outgoing and incoming packages.

 The 1bedroom apartments are $2200.00 and $2300.00 and the 2BR apartments start at $2725.00 and go up to $2925.00.

Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. Tenants will also  be charged a flat fee for water and sewer charges. All other utilities are covered under rent.  

Security deposit will be one month’s rent, due upon signing of lease.

For your convenience we accept electronic and debit card payments through the Rent Café resident portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Rent Café also offers an easy-to-use app that is available to download.

Pets are welcome! Breed restrictions apply.

There is a one-time fee of $500 per pet, and a $50.00/pet monthly fee.

Yes, we have plenty of parking throughout the community as well as eight EV Charging Stations.

All residents will have access to individual lockers that ensure the safety and security of your outgoing and incoming packages.
